Psychotherapy

Your reproductive journey will change your life in many ways. Traditional psychotherapy is where you can gain a deeper awareness of what you truly want to do. We will build the support system you’ll need to get where you want to go and help you feel more confident and empowered about the important choices you are making.

Mindfulness Practices

Mindfulness Practice

Mindfulness practice can help keep you balanced, present, and positive so you can do what’s necessary. Meditation in particular, can decrease stress, regulate your emotions, and focus your attention on what’s most important to you; allowing you to experience an increased state of peace and well-being, during this challenging journey.

Reiki

Reiki can be especially good for pre and post op and help you physically heal from any medical procedures you may need to have. It is a non-invasive treatment which allows the body to heal itself. Reiki can also decrease stress and pain, creating a more optimal environment for conception and pregnancy.

Turning Leaf Group

Turning Leaf is a support group for women. Group therapy can be just as beneficial as individual therapy. Support groups allow members to share their unique experiences, identify with other members, as well as, offer and receive encouragement . Groups also provide a safe space to practice new relational skills and coping mechanisms.
